Ropella currently completes about 75 to 100retained searches a year with major corporations all over the globe. One week we are working on a Sales Management position in Mexico, the next a Marketing Director in Europe, then a Research position in Asia, followed by a CEO in New Jersey.

Overall, 80% of the searches we run are in the domestic U.S. For international searches, we have an extensive network that we can turn to when conducting searches where time zones or languages create a challenge.
