Ropella had no axes to grind after our team exceeded our fourth quarter goals! Still, we decided to throw some wood and steel at Grizzly Axes in Pensacola, Florida. We all wore our ‘lumberjack best’ clothing as a coach taught us to throw like a burley logger. We had good ole’ fashioned pub food at Miller’s Ale House, followed by more activities and fun. Culture-building is at the center of our operation to motivate and keep our employees happy.
